“I just wanted to let you know what a great experience we had with your company this past weekend. We arrived at the Calgary airport around noon on Friday March 22nd. We had booked the 1:30 shuttle to Banff but we quickly made our way to your desk and the 2 gentlemen were extremely accomodating and changed us to the 12:30 departure which was awesome. Both of them were very friendly and accomodating. The driver was also friendly and professional explaining exactly what would be happening and how long the ride would take.

The ride to Banff was wonderful with amazing views from a very comfortable bus. Once in Banff we changed to a smaller bus to accomodate the various hotel stops and make things quicker for everyone. The driver of that bus was very informative and gave us all sort of info on Banff during our short drive to our hotel.

We had the same wonderful service on our return to Calgary. The driver was at our hotel on time and in no time we were at the airport and ready for our flight.

I will highly recommend the Banff Airporter® shuttle. Both my husband and I agreed that we received some of the best customer service ever! Keep up the excellent service.

“Yesterday (November 20, 2012) I took the Banff Airporter® from the Banff Springs to the airport. (Leaving the Banff Springs at 3:30 arriving just before 5:30). I want to pass on my thanks to the driver who went “above and beyond the call of duty”. First of all, he was very professional with the entire full bus of passengers but I had a challenge in whether or not I would make my plane given the roads and the tight timelines.

He called into the office to see if the plane was on time and if there was a plane I could catch as an alternative should the travel not allow us to arrive in time for me to catch the flight. He demonstrated concern without judgement etc. He was amazing! I did not catch his name but assume with the schedule details I have provided that you can pass on my thanks.

“Simply the best shuttle service I have ever had the pleasure of using. Safe professional drivers. Superb customer service. Excellent vehicles & very reasonable rates. I am not normally a high maintinance customer but on this particular trip I was quite needy. I just barly made my shuttle departing out of Calgary and I had to change my pickup time & location 2-3 times within a 7hr period … Sorry guys. Everyone was amazing! Calm, profesional and attention to detail. Water on the shuttle was an excellent touch! Coming into a dry climate and off a dry airplane.”
