Banff Airporter® Inc. (“Banff Airporter”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates www.banffairporter.com and provides scheduled shuttle transportation services (the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, book transportation, communicate with us, or use features such as shuttle tracking and ETA links.
1) What We Collect
A) Booking and customer information
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and reservation details (including pickup/drop-off location, travel date/time, and flight details if provided). We also collect booking identifiers such as confirmation numbers or booking IDs.
B) Payment information
Payment is required at the time of booking. Payments may be taken online through our booking provider (Zaui) or by phone through our staff.
We do not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed through our payment gateway and payment processing providers (including Authorize.net and related processors).
C) Shuttle tracking and ETA links
If you receive a shuttle tracking link by email or text message and choose to use it, we may process limited information needed to provide tracking and ETA functionality, including:
- shuttle/vehicle GPS location and timestamps
- estimated arrival information and routing data
- a booking reference or internal booking identifier
- time-limited access tokens (link keys) and related technical logs used for security and service integrity
Tracking links are intended to expire after a short period (for example, approximately 3 hours after issuance).
D) SMS communications
If you communicate with us by SMS or receive SMS messages, we may collect your phone number and related communication details such as delivery status and timestamps.
E) Website and technical information
When you browse our website, we may collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies.
2) How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- process reservations and provide transportation services
- send booking confirmations and service-related notices
- provide shuttle tracking and ETA features where available
- respond to customer service requests
- improve service quality, reliability, and operations
- prevent fraud and misuse, and protect system security
- comply with legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal information.
3) Consent
By booking with us, using our Services, communicating with us, or accessing a tracking link we send, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable laws.
4) Service Providers and Third Parties
We may share personal information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business and deliver Services, including providers related to:
- reservations and booking management (such as Zaui)

Tracking links are protected using time-limited access tokens and other controls. However, anyone who has access to a tracking link may be able to view tracking and ETA information during the link’s active period. Please treat tracking links as private.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8) Accuracy and Availability of Tracking/ETAs
Tracking and ETAs are provided for convenience only. ETAs are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, and operational constraints. Tracking services may be delayed, intermittent, or unavailable.
Tracking features are not intended for emergency response or safety-of-life purposes.
9) Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the website.
10) Access and Corrections
You may request access to your personal information and request corrections if it is inaccurate or incomplete. We may require identity verification before responding.
