Luggage restrictions are similar to the airlines, two pieces plus one carry-on per person. Sporting equipment is not considered a carry-on, but may be counted as one of your large pieces.- Bikes must be packaged in a box to prevent damage during transport.

A schedule reservation is a booking on regular, scheduled airport shuttles departing Calgary Intl. and Banff/Canmore 12 times a day in either direction at set times.
A private or charter reservation is a booking for a sedan, van or bus at any time in a 24 hr period departing from Calgary, Kananaskis, Canmore, Banff or Lake Louise.
By clicking on the Book Now link under the heading scheduled reservations you can enter your arrival and departure dates, add the number of people in your party and chose scheduled bus departures to and from Calgary Intl. Airport, Canmore and Banff. Finally you can enter credit details and book your Real Time reservation.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted and will be charged at the time of booking. Cash will only be accepted for walk on clients at the Banff Airporter® Tour Desk in the Calgary International Airport (located within Meeting Area C, main Arrivals), or in Banff at:

Our prices are quoted in Canadian currency and do not include the Goods and Services Tax (5%)
The Goods and Services Tax is a 5% Federal tax applied to all goods and services purchased in Canada. Visitors can be refunded in full upon application. For more information please contact the Revenue Canada Visitor Rebate Program:
By clicking on the edit booking link under Scheduled Reservations you can enter your reservation number and email address and access your booking and either confirm, change or cancel it.
All scheduled reservations are non-refundable unless Cancellation Insurance is purchased. Bookings with Cancellation Insurance can be canceled prior to the time of travel and receive a full refund for the cost of the booking. After the time of travel all bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking.
Passengers coming from locations in the US or International should allow approximately 45 minutes between the time the aircraft will land and the Shuttle departure time.
Passengers coming from within Canada should allow approximately 30 minutes between landing and shuttle departure.
Please check-in at the Banff Airporter® Tour Desk, it is located on the Main Arrivals Level. AREA “C” between exit doors 6 & 7 at International Arrivals.
Your reservation for the Banff Airporter® is valid for any shuttle on the day of travel, subject to seat availability. If you miss our last available shuttle for the day of please contact: info@banffairporter.com the next day or phone 403-762-3330 and chose option #1.
It will take up to one hour and twenty minutes to arrive in Canmore from the Airport. Two hours to get from the airport to your destination in Banff, and up to three hours to arrive in Lake Louise.
The Banff Airporter® is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport. Banff Airporter® suggests all laptops and sensitive equipment be kept on your person at all times as well as your flight itinerary and passport paperwork.
Due to the possibility of one of the passengers having allergies, the shuttle does not transport animals, however, law requires that working animals be allowed on the shuttle.
The Banff Airporter® asks all clients to be ready 10 minutes prior to all scheduled pick up times and to expect no more than a 15-minute wait past the scheduled pick up time.
The Banff Airporter® uses only the most modern and comfortable shuttle buses available in North America. Vehicles range in size depending on transfer size from 11 pax vans, to 19-24-56 pax buses.
