A Banff Charters Inc. representative will meet you at your gate with a sign indicating the above group name. If your representative is not at the gate, please check-in at the Banff Airporter® desk on the Arrivals Level, Area C. Please be sure to advise the desk agent you are there for a charter transfer.

- Water and Resort Guides will be supplied with all charters.
- Quotes are good for 24 hours after receipt. Please respond within this time to ensure availability.
- Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to travel.
- Changes to reservations will be accommodated as best as possible within this time, but cannot be guaranteed.
