A schedule reservation is a booking on regular, scheduled airporter shuttles departing Calgary Intl. and Banff/Canmore 12 times a day in either direction at set times. A private or charter reservation is a booking for a sedan, van or bus at any time in a 24 hr period departing from Calgary, Kananaskis, Canmore, Banff or Lake Louise. By clicking on the Book Now link under the heading Private Reservations, details of your itinerary and needs can be entered and submitted as a real time quote to the Banff Charters Office. Each quote is valid fro 24 hrs and a confirmation email will be sent to you within this time frame. Visa and Mastercard are accepted and will be charged at the time of booking. If a Round-Trip ticket has been purchased the return portion of travel is non-refundable after the first portion of travel has been used. Passengers coming from locations in the US or International should allow approximately 45 minutes between the time the aircraft will land and the Shuttle departure time. Passengers coming from within Canada should allow approximately 30 minutes between landing and shuttle departure. A meet and greet driver will carry a sign with your group name listed and will meet you at your arrival gate. It will take up to one hour and twenty minutes to arrive in Canmore from the Airport. Two hours to get from the airport to your destination in Banff, and up to three hours to arrive in Lake Louise. Luggage restrictions are similar to the airlines, two pieces plus one carry-on per person. The Banff Airporter® is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport. Banff Airporter® suggests all laptops and sensitive equipment be kept on your person at all times as well as your flight itinerary and passport paperwork. Due to the possibility of one of the passengers having allergies, the shuttle does not transport animals, however, law requires that working animals be allowed on the shuttle. The Banff Airporter® asks all clients to be ready 10 minutes prior to all scheduled pick up times and to expect no more than a 15-minute wait past the scheduled pick up time. The Banff Airporter® uses only the most modern and comfortable shuttle buses available in North America. Vehicles range in size depending on transfer size from 11 pax vans, to 19-24-56 pax buses.
