Manifest Planning

When the company or a third party organizes the travel, Banff Airporter® can assist with manifest planning. All we require to plan the groups transport to/from the airport is the name and flight information of each guest. Our reservations staff can then suggest the best combination of our services to best suit the group. Once discussed with the organizer Banff Airporter® reservations staff will make the bookings. The reservations agent can also organize any additional transport/charter needs the group may have including in-town shuttles or hotel to conference venue shuttles.

Scheduled Service

There are a number of ways our online bookings tool can be made available to the conference delegates or group.

  • A link can be provided and added to the conference/group website. The customer can then simply click on the link and automatically access our system and create a successful live reservation at a discounted rate.
  • The bookings tool can be embedded directly into the conference site, so that the transportation booking service is right at the delegate’s fingertips with other conference information.
  • A username and password can be provided to the group/delegates via e-mail from the event organizer. Clients then go to the Banff Airporter®’s main webpage wwww.banffairporter.com, enter the username and password click go and then enter the system to make a live reservation.

Arrangements can also be made for customers to call the reservations team to make their bookings but all discounted fares must be booked via the Internet, however reservations staff are always available 8am to 6pm (MDT) to assist.

Charters

Clients can make a quote online. The customer will be contacted within 24 hours to continue the booking process. A minimum of 48 hours is required for most charter bookings. If clients prefer they can call our reservations agents 8am to 6pm (MDT) 7 days a week to book a chartered service.
