Cancellation Policies

Scheduled Service

When making booking on the scheduled service, all bookings are a final sale, thus non-refundable unless cancellation insurance is purchased. Cancellation insurance costs 10% of the ticket price. If cancellation insurance is purchased the booking is then refundable, in full, minus the cancellation insurance, when cancelled at any stage before the time of travel. Cancellation Insurance is a great option for conference delegates as many have changes to their travel arrangements at the last minute. Cancellation Insurance is not required to make changes to dates and times of bookings and any late arrivals at the airport will be accommodated on the next available scheduled service. Bookings canceled without cancellation insurance can be credited and transferred for up to 12 months.

Charters

All charters have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any charters cancelled 48 hours or more in advance will be refunded in full. Charters that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are not refundable.
