The organizer is paying
Large groups or company meetings are usually organized and paid for by the company or a third party. In this instance we require a credit card as a guarantee (pre-authorization) then we can invoice the company at the end of the conference. This lump sum can then be paid by credit card (VISA or Mastercard preferred), by cheque or by wired bank transfer.
Individuals are paying
Scheduled Service
Payment is required to confirm a booking on the scheduled service. Bookings can be made online and pre-paid by VISA or Mastercard.
Charter Service
Charters are pre-paid by VISA or Mastercard, A minimum of 48hours notice is required to organize this type of service.

The company is paying but individuals are booking for themselves
Scheduled Service Only
It often occurs that the company would like to pay for the scheduled service for their clients but they do not have the required data for the reservations team to book the shuttle times on their behalf. In this situation it is possible for a company to pre-pay a certain number of shuttles, eg: 50 return journeys. Banff Airporter® then creates a booking method, which allows the individuals to log into the system and make a booking for a time, which suits them using the account credit provided by the company.
