2010 Banff World Television Festival

“Ground Transportation was a crucial part of my tasks as the Travel and Logistics Supervisor for the Banff World Television Festival in June 2010. Not only was I responsible to arrange ground transportation between Calgary airport and Banff for our 150 speakers and VIP’s, we also had 1300 delegates attending and we wanted to make sure they had a great experience getting to Banff.

Banff Airporter® exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they have a very easy and accessible system for me to make the reservations for my VIP’s so I could easily keep track of what I was booking, they also responded instantly to all my questions and special requests. Every change I had to do (and they were quite a few!!!) were met with a “no problem, we can do that for you” attitude that made the event go much smoother than anticipated. What a positive experience!”
