24 hour Conference Contact
Once a conference/group has arrived in Banff the Conference/Group Organizer will be provided with an emergency conference contact telephone number. The organizer will be able to contact a Banff Airporter® employee 24 hours a day during the group/conference period. This number may need to be used for; last minute changes to early morning charters, delayed arriving late in the evening at Calgary airport, to make last minute changes to a scheduled booking for early the following morning or to check your early morning charter is on its way. Having the 24-hour phone contact ensures that communication lines are kept open between the group and Banff Airporter® for the duration of the conference or event.
Meet and Greet Services
When a group is booked on a charter the driver and our Calgary reservation team are always present at the airport to meet and greet the group and make sure everyone is happy and organized before departure. In some cases we need to use large 55 seat buses, which we outsource. In this case a Banff Airporter® staff member is always on site to Meet and Greet the group and assist them in checking in and boarding the bus.

Complimentary Water on Charters
Each client who is booked on a charter service is provided with a complimentary bottle of water. After a long flight or a long traveling day ahead we understand that a bottle of water is always appreciated.

Lunch Packs
Banff Airporter® works closely with a number of local catering companies and can provide clients with a delicious lunch pack or light snack on arrival at the airport. Lunch packs can also be organized when groups are going on days trips throughout the Bow Valley. Our lunches are healthy, tasty and affordable and usually include a sandwich, a cookie, a piece of fruit and a drink but these packs can be customized to meet the clients needs including all dietary requirements.
Snack Packs
Snack Packs are available for purchase online when booking on the scheduled service and at the airport for just $4.99. A snack pack includes a bottle of water, a granola bar, a fruit bar and some chocolate. Snack Packs can also be pre-purchased for groups with our reservations team.
