Booking Tips!
Select your hotel location as the “Banff Centre” we will drop you off & pick you up on your return at The Professional Development Centre which is the main reception area where you will check-in and check-out.
On arrival we recommend you allow at least 30 minutes between your domestic flight arrival and the bus departure time and 1 hour for International arrivals (including the U.S).
On your return to the airport we recommend you allow at least 1 hour between your bus arrival and domestic flight departure and at least 2 hours for International departures (including the U.S).
*If you would like to pay cash you can make a booking at our desk located on The Main Arrivals Level at The Calgary International Airport. At our desk you can receive the BIRs rate, so it is recommended that you book a round trip. Cash bookings in Banff can be made at Discover Banff Tours located in The Sundance Mall. Please note the BIRS discount is not available through Discover Banff Tours.
